End of the “3G” scheme at the workplace

Bill no 7971, which is expected to be voted on and published today, provides for the end of the “3G” scheme in the workplace.

Companies that continued to apply the “3G” scheme, which has been made optional since 11 February 2022, must compulsorily terminate it (no more control of certificates for access to the workplace, no more verification of identity, destruction of the “vaccinated / reinstated” list and declarations of consent, etc.).

The “3G” scheme in company canteens should also be removed.

It should be noted that compliance with the sanitary rules applicable until now (wearing a mask, respecting social distancing, etc.) would no longer be mandatory.

These measures are expected to be applicable as of 11 March 2022.
