KLEYR GRASSO 2026 Promotions: New Counsels and Senior Associates announced
KLEYR GRASSO is pleased to announce the promotion of four lawyers, reaffirming the firm’s commitment to recognising excellence, investing in talent and strengthening its key practice areas.
Garry REULAND and Fabian FRANKUS have been promoted to Counsel within the Investment Funds practice (effective 1 July 2026).
Having joined KLEYR GRASSO in 2022 Fabian and Garry have played a key role in the development of the firm’s Investment Funds practice and the firm’s first foreign desk, i.e. the German Desk. They have contributed to expanding the firm’s presence in the investment funds industry, in particlular with the DACH region, and have become trusted advisors to a client portfolio consisting of fund initiators, asset managers, financial institutions and international clients on a broad range of Luxembourg regulatory matters. Their promotions recognise their technical expertise, commercial approach and sustained contribution to the firm’s growth.
The firm has also promoted Prune DELVALLE (effective 1 January 2026) and Alessia BORDON (effective 1 July 2026) to Senior Associate within its Employment & Social practice.
Prune has built nearly seven years of experience in Luxembourg employment law. Before joining KLEYR GRASSO in July 2025, she spent two years at the Luxembourg Bankers’ Association (ABBL), where she advised on social affairs and employment law issues impacting the banking sector, before spending five years with a law firm specialised in employment law. Drawing on her strong technical employment law expertise, she advises and represents national and international clients on all aspects of individual and collective employment law, including HR matters, employment contracts, dismissals, internal investigations and complex workplace issues, such as moral and sexual harassment. She also regularly represents and pleads for clients before the Luxembourg labour courts. Alongside her legal practice, Prune is a lecturer at the House of Training of the Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce and regularly delivers tailored in-house training programmes for clients.
Alessia joined KLEYR GRASSO in March 2025, bringing with her significant experience in Luxembourg employment law gained at a law firm specialised in employment law. She advises national and international clients on a broad spectrum of employment matters, with a particular focus on labour litigation, individual dismissals, settlement agreements and employment contracts. She has developed a strong litigation practice and regularly represents and pleads for employers in complex employment disputes before the Luxembourg labour courts. In addition to her legal practice, Alessia is a lecturer at the House of Training of the Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce, reflecting her commitment to sharing knowledge and contributing to the development of employment law expertise.
