In Real Estate & Construction, our seasoned team brings extensive experience to private, commercial, and corporate real estate matters. 

 

We provide comprehensive support across all project phases, offering advice on co-ownership, acquisition and sales agreements, commercial and office lease agreements, as well as housing leases and long-term leases (emphythéose and droit de superficie). Architect, agency, engineering, and construction contracts are handled on a regular basis. 

 

Additionally, we handle all facets of real estate and construction litigation.

 

The Real Estate & Construction department advices on Zoning Law (PAG and PAP), State concessions, Environmental Law and public procurement.

The outstanding team provides responsive and accurate advice.”
