Telework of cross-border workers: confirmation of the establishment of a transitional period for social security

Following the recommendations of the European Commission, the Ministry of Social Security^[1] has now officially confirmed the establishment of a transitional period in matters of social security until 31 December 2022 allowing cross-border workers to telework without changing their social security affiliation if the 25% threshold provided for by the European legislation is achieved or exceeded.
