Lina LOBEFARO has been promoted to Counsel. She joined the Employment department of KLEYR GRASSO in April 2014 and has gained an extensive experience over the last 8 years in Luxembourg social and labour law. Lina advises clients on a wide range of labour and employment law issues, notably with a focus on terminations, sickness, settlement agreements, and drafting of employment contracts. Lina is also a lecturer at the House of Training and contributes to employment law reviews, such as the Revue Pratique de Droit Social of Legitech in which she recently published an article on the notion and the burden of proof related to the status of senior executives.

Jade MADERT has been promoted to Senior Associate. She started her career in the Employment department of KLEYR GRASSO on April 2017 and was sworn in the same year at the Luxembourg Bar. During her 5 years of experience within the firm, Jade has practiced and strengthened her expertise alongside the partners and members of the department in advising clients on the various aspects of labour law in Luxembourg. When she is not in Court or working on her cases, she spends time in professional training at the House of Training and contributes to the publication of articles on various topics in labour law.
