Expertise

Vincent ALLENO is a Counsel in the Corporate Finance Litigation department. Before joining the Firm in 2021, he worked in prestigious law firms in Luxembourg.

With over 15 years of experience in commercial, finance and corporate litigation, he also assists clients in insolvency proceedings. He is regularly involved in complex domestic and multijurisdictional dispute resolution with a particular focus on shareholders' disputes and directors’ liability, including investment funds’ related disputes. Vincent assists his clients through the entire process, including pre-litigation, enforcement and settlement.
