KLEYR GRASSO advises Global Resilience Innovation Advisors SARL on the launch of its first resilience fund

GRIF will initially comprise one sub-fund, a venture capital fund targeting investments in companies offering opportunities aligned with the theme of Global Resilience, encompassing defence, aviation & space, critical infrastructure, (IT) security, and disaster management.

GRIF seeks to invest in venture companies based in NATO countries and allies producing products or providing services supporting the protection against or defence from physical or digital threats to states, companies, individuals, modes of transportation, buildings, and critical infrastructure, or that serve to prevent or mitigate natural disasters. Focus areas include defence technologies.

GRIA will act as adviser to GRIF. The founders and managers of GRIA are seasoned investment professionals with decades of experience in the financial industry, complemented by deep expertise in the military and disaster management.
