KLEYR GRASSO is pleased to announce the organisation of the webinar “The Luxembourg SARL Manager: Requirements, Liability and Social Security”, taking place on 1 October 2026. The webinar will be presented by Stefanie Kreuzer, Christina Calcagno and Sandra Rapp, lawyers at KLEYR GRASSO.

This webinar will provide an overview of the key legal and practical aspects relating to the role of managers of a Luxembourg SARL. It will cover the requirements and duties of managers, their powers and obligations, as well as the different forms of liability they may face, including liability towards the company, third parties and criminal liability.

The webinar will also address the rules governing the representation of managers and companies, including signing powers, powers of attorney, day-to-day management and matters reserved for shareholders. Particular attention will be given to Directors & Officers (D&O) insurance, other means of protection against liability, the role and liability of a manager acting as liquidator, as well as social security requirements in Luxembourg.
