Jeannette has extensive experience in advising domestic and international clients on the legal, regulatory, corporate, contractual and operational aspects of all issues pertaining to the structuring, creation and organization of investment structures including the relationship with their service providers (notably depositary and central administration agent). She particularly focusses on real estate, private equity, debt and infrastructure investment structures, either set up as regulated structures (SIF, SICAR, UCI) or as non-regulated investment structures (partnerships and RAIFs). She regularly advises on AIFMD, fund finance and public offerings related matters.
Jeannette also assists investment structures and service providers (notably AlFMs, management companies, custodian banks/depositaries, central administration agents) with regard to the legal, compliance and regulatory requirements applicable to them.
