Leyla GURBUZEL is a Senior Associate in the Real Estate department. She has over 7 years of experience in real estate and construction law, as well as in commercial and civil litigation. Before joining the firm in 2016, she worked at a Luxembourg law firm for 2 years.

 

Leyla advises and assists a diverse range of clients in their procedures relating to co-ownership law (participation to general meeting of co-owner, collection of debt of co-owner, liability of a co-owner in case of damages in the building of or causes to the co-ownership, replacement of the syndic, etc.), to civil law (liability actions for breach of contracts (engineers, real estate agents, architect, promoters, sealers or constructors), drafting of contracts and/or general terms and conditions), to lease law (vehicle return procedures, expertise assessment procedure) and to construction law (expertise assessment procedure, participation in expertise operations, liability actions etc.) as well as to commercial law (collection of recovery of loan or leasing debts, assistance during the insolvency procedure of an opponent, debt declaration., liability actions, etc.). as plaintif or defendant.

She advises both the co-owner or the realtor, the real estate agent, the sealer or the purchaser, the creditor or the debtor on different cases of dispute.
