Jean-Paul SPANG is a Senior Partner in the Corporate, Banking and Finance practice groups. Before joining the firm in 2014, he was a partner with Linklaters LLP for more than 10 years.
With over 30 years of experience in Luxembourg law, he is a highly regarded lawyer in his practice areas, specialising in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings and equity offerings and also assists clients in private equity (including leveraged buy-outs) and capital markets. He handles large M&A deals and acts for listed companies.
Jean-Paul is also a well-respected lecturer on company and securities law at Luxembourg University, as well as co-author of drafts of several bills and books.
