Financial and Corporate
The one change to the team at KLEYR GRASSO this year saw the arrival of investment funds counsel Ulrike Jacquin-Becker, who joined the firm from Ogier in September 2015.
One recent example of the firm’s work saw Patrick Chantrain and Sophie Arvieux representing GSO Capital partners in relation to the acquisition by one of the clients SPVs of €316 million profit participating notes admitted to the official list of the Irish stock exchange and trading on its Global Exchange Market. The same team acted for GSO once again in connection with a $285 million unitranche facility financing.
Elsewhere, the team assisted Corestate Capital with respect to the sale of a German mixed-use commercial and residential portfolio with an impressive market value.
