Promotions and arrival of a new Counsel
Promotions
KLEYR │ GRASSO is pleased to announce four promotions with effect from 1st January 2019.
Renata JOKUBAUSKAITE has been promoted Partner within the firm’s Corporate Finance department. She joined the firm in 2017 as Counsel after having worked for more than 10 years in two renowned Luxembourg law firms. Renata specialises in corporate law and advises her clients particularly on matters relating to mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, restructuring and financing/refinancing operations of companies.
Christophe NEY has been promoted Counsel within the firm’s Employment Law department, which he joined in 2011. Christophe is specialised in employment law and data protection/GDPR.
Katia BARTHOLOMÉ has been promoted Senior Associate. Specialised in corporate law, Katia has been a member of the firm’s Corporate Finance department for several years and assists clients in complex matters of corporate M&A, due diligence and restructuration.
Marie GUEBELS, also promoted Senior Associate, has been part of the firm since 2017 and assists her clients in all matters relating to employment contracts, dismissals and negotiations of transactions, including defence of the clients’ interest in the Luxembourg labour courts.
New Counsel
On 15th January 2019, Jeannette VAUDE-PERRIN joined the Corporate Finance department of KLEYR | GRASSO as Counsel.
With twenty years of experience, Jeannette advises her domestic and international clients on all the legal, regulatory, and operational aspects regarding the structuring, creation, organization and financing of investment structures set up as SIF, SICAR, UCI, partnerships and RAIFs as well as on AIFMD issues.

L’étude KLEYR │ GRASSO annonce quatre promotions avec effet au 1er janvier 2019.
Renata JOKUBAUSKAITE a été promue Partner au sein du département Corporate Finance. Elle a rejoint l’étude en 2017 en tant que Counsel après avoir travaillé pendant plus de 10 ans au sein de deux études d’avocats de renom au Luxembourg. Renata est spécialisée en droit des sociétés et conseille ses clients en particulier en matière de fusions-acquisitions, joint ventures, restructurations et opérations de financement/refinancement de sociétés.
Christophe NEY a été promu Counsel au sein du département Droit du Travail qu’il a rejoint en 2011. Christophe est spécialisé en droit du travail et en protection des données/RGPD.
Katia BARTHOLOMÉ a été promue Senior Associate. Spécialisée en droit des sociétés, Katia fait partie du département Corporate Finance depuis plusieurs années, elle accompagne les clients dans des dossiers complexes de corporate M&A, due diligence ou restructuration.
Marie GUEBELS, également promue Senior Associate, a rejoint le département Droit du Travail en 2017 et accompagne ses clients dans les problématiques liées aux contrats de travail, licenciements et négociations de transactions, y compris la défense de leurs intérêts devant les juridictions du travail luxembourgeoises.
Arrivée d’une nouvelle Counsel
Le 15 janvier 2019, Jeannette VAUDE-PERRIN a rejoint le département Corporate Finance de l’étude KLEYR | GRASSO en tant que Counsel.
Forte d’une expérience de 20 ans, Jeannette conseille ses clients nationaux et internationaux sur tous les aspects légaux, réglementaires et opérationnels relatifs à la structuration, création, organisation et financement de structures d’investissement sous forme de SIF, SICAR, OPC, sociétés en commandite et FIARs ainsi que sur des questions relatives à l’AIFMD.
