Anne GUY-MOROCUTTI joins KLEYR GRASSO as Senior Associate

Anne GUY-MOROCUTTI, banking and finance lawyer, has joined KLEYR GRASSO as Senior Associate on 9 February 2015 to strengthen and further develop their banking and regulatory practice.

She gained substantial experience in these fields working at a magic circle law firm in Luxembourg.

Anne also spent three years working at the internationally recognised Israeli law firm Epstein Rosenblum Maoz (ERM) in Tel Aviv, where she advised Israeli and international groups on corporate and project finance.

Specialising in banking, finance and financial sector regulation, Anne regularly advises Luxembourg banks as well as leading international and local financial sector firms.

Anne holds a Maîtrise en droit from the University of Strasbourg, a Masters in Law and Economics from the University of Haifa and an MSc in Comparative Politics from the London School of Economics.

She regularly advises clients in English, French, German, Hebrew and Luxembourgish.
