Alex PHAM joins KLEYR GRASSO as Counsel and launches our Tax department

Alex PHAM, Tax lawyer, has joined KLEYR GRASSO as Counsel – Head of Tax on 17th November 2014.

Alex has a strong experience of over 13 years in Luxembourg, where he worked within the tax departments of a Big 4 firm, a leading trust services company and an international law firm.

He advises Private Equity houses, multinational companies, High Net Worth Individuals as well as major national companies and businesses on international tax structuring, corporate tax, individual taxation and VAT.

He is also advising clients in tax litigation matters.

Alex holds a Ph.D. in law. He speaks at seminars on international tax.
