Valeria is a Counsel in the Tax practice group of KLEYR GRASSO. She has a wealth of experience in advising an international clientele on corporate and tax aspects relating to corporate reorganisations and refinancing, as well as on the structuring and implementation of domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions.

Her clients appreciate her accuracy and responsiveness and have great confidence in her judgement, as Valeria always takes into account the business objectives of the companies she advises.

She is a regular speaker at conferences organised by the Institut Luxembourgeois des Administrateurs (ILA).

Prior to joining KLEYR GRASSO, she was a Director in the Corporate and Tax Practice Groups of a leading Luxembourg law firm, and before that, she worked with one of the “Big Four” audit firms in Luxembourg in the Corporate Services department.
