Employment & Social – The social badge system is online – 13th February 2014
The Labour Inspectorate („Inspection du Travail et des Mines“) elaborated an electronic system for the notification of posted workers to Luxembourg.
This system is now online: “e-Détachement Badge Social”.
With this system, foreign employers do no longer need to use the official form to be filled in, and could probably in the near future send the necessary documents via pdf to the Labour Inspectorate, which would avoid the nomination of an ad hoc representative conserving the documents in Luxembourg.
The Luxembourg Labour Code would however need to be changed.
This procedure will facilitate the posting of workers to Luxembourg.
