Measures related to “Covid-19” – Extension of the family support leave until 25 November 2021
The Law of 20 May 2021 amending the amended Law of 20 June 2020 introducing family support leave within the context of combating the Covid-19 pandemic was published in Mémorial A n°392 of 21 May 2021.
The Law extends the right to family support leave until 25 November 2021; the conditions remain the same.

Mesures liées à la « Covid-19 » – Prolongation du congé pour soutien familial jusqu’au 25 novembre 2021
La Loi du 20 mai 2021 portant modification de la loi modifiée du 20 juin 2020 portant introduction d’un congé pour soutien familial dans le cadre de la lutte contre la pandémie Covid-19, a été publiée au Mémorial A n°392 du 21 mai 2021.
La Loi prolonge aux mêmes conditions le droit au congé pour soutien familial jusqu’au 25 novembre 2021.

Maßnahmen im Zusammenhang mit „Covid-19“ – Verlängerung des Urlaubs zur Unterstützung der Familie bis zum 25. November 2021
Das Gesetz vom 20. Mai 2021, welches das abgeänderte Gesetz vom 20. Juni 2020 über die Einführung des Urlaubs zur Unterstützung der Familie im Rahmen der Maßnahmen zur Eindämmung der Ausbreitung von Covid-19 anpasst, wurde im Mémorial A n°392 vom 21. Mai 2021 veröffentlicht.
Dieses Gesetz verlängert den Anspruch auf Urlaub zur Unterstützung der Familie bis zum 25. November 2021, dies unter den gleichen Bedingungen wie bisher.
