Publication of the date for staff delegation elections!
The Ministerial decree (“arrêté ministériel”) of 13 October 2023 sets the date of the social elections for the renewal of the staff delegation on: 12 March 2024.
It is mandatory to set up a staff delegation in all companies (regardless of the nature of their activities, their legal form or their sector of activity) employing at least 15 employees during the 12 months prior to the 1st day of the month to the posting of the announcement of elections.
