Stefanie KREUZER was promoted Senior Associate within the Corporate Finance and Transactional department of KLEYR | GRASSO. She has more than 5 years of experience in Company Law, including Capital Markets, as well as Mergers and Acquisitions. Stefanie joined the firm in October 2019.

Laure WOEHRLING is promoted to Counsel. She is a member of the employment and social law department of the firm since 2011. Laure advises clients more specifically on matters relating to the drafting of employment contracts, on individual terminations and settlement agreements, on matters relating to transfers of undertakings, as well as on sickness issues.

Henry DE RON has been promoted Partner at KLEYR | GRASSO as from 1st July 2019.
Henry is a member of the firm since 2009. He specializes in real estate, commercial law and insurance law. He also advises clients in civil liability cases and on administrative law issues.
Henry also gives tutorials in administrative procedure at the University of Luxembourg and is involved in the Consumer law clinic.
He was president of the Conférence du Jeune Barreau from 2016 to 2017,
KLEYR │ GRASSO is pleased to announce four promotions with effect from 1st January 2019.
Renata JOKUBAUSKAITE has been promoted Partner within the firm’s Corporate Finance department. She joined the firm in 2017 as Counsel after having worked for more than 10 years in two renowned Luxembourg law firms. Renata specialises in corporate law and advises her clients particularly on matters relating to mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, restructuring and financing/refinancing operations of companies.
