Key point: the new provisions should be applicable from the entry into force of the Law (date of its publication) and until 30 April 2022 inclusive.

The Bill provides an option “3G” scheme in the workplace.

Important provision: this scheme, identical to the current “3G” scheme, could only be implemented with the agreement of the staff delegation if there is one (regardless of the number of employees).

In companies that decide not to use this faculty, the general sanitary rules applicable in case of meetings will have to be respected (wearing a mask, respecting social distances, etc.).

The Bill also intends to abolish the “2G+” scheme in company canteens and reintroduce the “3G” scheme.
