Aubry KOCIAN is a Senior Associate in the Banking and Finance department. Prior to joining the firm, Aubry worked as a senior associate at a leading international law firm in Luxembourg. She has more than 7 years of experience in the Banking & Finance sector.
Her practice focuses on banking and financial law. She advises financial institutions and international groups on complex financing (acquisition finance, structured finance and real estate finance), restructuring and insolvency matters. She also has experience in Luxembourg law aspects relating to security interests and enforcement proceedings.
Alongside her advisory work, Aubry had the opportunity to speak at conferences on restructuring, Luxembourg insolvency law and enforcement techniques.
